«Con las manos en la masa» – Piece for the 2nd auction of mason spoons «Dar en el clavo».

With education we build a Mexico of greater opportunities. 20% of construction workers can not read or write and most did not complete their basic education. From 2006 to date, with the generous support of the construction companies, Construyendo y Creciendo A.C. has benefited thousands of construction workers. This effort brings results and should be enhanced, adding voices, raising awareness and strengthening partnerships to contribute to a Mexico of greater opportunities. Masons working on constructions of Mexico City migrate from different corners of the country, for short periods, and return to marginalized areas from where they come from. To educate them in the construction sites is an alternative transformation for themselves and their families. Mason spoons are intervened this year by the following artists:
